The Asociación de Prevención de Accidentes de Tráfico P(A)T, a non-profit association, entity with NIF G58028614 domiciled in Diputación street, 211 entlo 08011 of Barcelona, raffles a FOLDING BICYCLE model TILT 5 – 000000607598 on the occasion of the EUROPEAN WEEK OF MOBILITY 2021 – specifically in the framework of the DAY WITHOUT CARS-.
PRIZE: The prize consists of an electric folding bike model XXX and there will be a single winner among all participants through Facebook and Instagram.
To participate:

All individuals over 18 years of age residing in Spain (except Balearic and Canary Islands) are eligible to participate, and it is not necessary to be a member of P(A)T.
The prize includes free subscription as a member of P(A)T for 1 year, becoming part of the database of P(A)T members. You will also be entitled to receive communications and news issued by P(A)T through its newsletter.
DURATION: from the moment the sweepstakes announcement is published until September 28th at 23:59h.
DRAWING: The draw will be made among the participants on Facebook and Instagram and will be carried out with the following tool:

The tool will extract from each social network (Instagram: https://app-sorteos.com/es/apps/sorteo-instagram – Facebook: https://app-sorteos.com/es/apps/sorteo-facebook ) the comments of the valid participants and 2 finalists will be drawn at random for each social network. Then a draw will be made in the same app by the method of “Drawing by Random Names” (https://app-sorteos.com/es/apps/sorteados) among those 4 finalists, to determine the winner, as well as the order of the 3 reserves.
COMMUNICATION OF THE WINNER: The name of the winner will be published on September 30 through the official Instagram page of P(A)T and through the official fanpage of P(A)T on Facebook, in the publication of the draw in each social network.
The announced winner must contact P(A)T to provide their personal data: name and surname, ID, email and cell phone through which P(A)T will communicate to the winner the details for the collection of the prize.
If the winner does not contact P(A)T within 3 working days, the prize will go to the first reserve and so on.
The winner agrees to send a photograph with the prize – the bicycle – authorizing P(A)T to publish said photograph, together with the name of the winner, on its website, social networks, press releases and newsletters in order to publicize the result of the draw.
PRIZE COLLECTION: The Winner may collect the prize in person at one of the Decathlon stores located in Spain (except the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands), until October 17. The collection of the prize cannot be delegated, as the winner must go to the customer service department of the store previously agreed upon – in principle the one closest to his/her residence address – once the delivery date has been agreed upon.
The prize cannot be sent or exchanged for cash under any circumstances, nor can a delivery person or courier company be sent to collect the prize.
