On October 19 and 20, 2023, the 3rd Ibero-American Motorcyclist Congress took place in Barcelona, in the AXA auditorium of the La Illa center in the heart of the city of Barcelona. It was attended by top-level international speakers and with the participation of leading entities and companies in the sector.

Vicente Sánchez explained the problem of accidents with this type of vehicle and called on all users to exercise caution and be respectful of other road users.
